Valheim Food
Build a three-food loadout around health, stamina, or eitr, then match ingredients and cooking stations to the current progression tier.
Choose food for the activity and combat style
Food temporarily increases health, stamina, and sometimes eitr. You can have up to three different foods active at once, so combine their bonuses around the task ahead.
Favor higher-stamina foods for exploration or resource gathering. For dungeons and boss fights, favor foods with higher health and health regeneration.
Adjust combat meals to your play style: higher maximum health supports shield use through maximum Stagger capacity, stamina supports repeated dodging, and eitr supports magic-focused combat.
